Eligibility: A#1 Air (the "Company" or "Sponsor") Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" or "Giveaway") is open to individuals who:

The winning Entrant's residence must have the infrastructure required to support the installation of a replacement HVAC system, including but not limited to intact existing ductwork and any necessary electrical or gas connections. Ductwork modifications or replacements are not included. Any code upgrades required to the home are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Employees, representatives, and agents of A#1 Air (the "Sponsor"), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.
Participation constitutes the Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
How to Enter: The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM CST on August 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period via the official A#1 Air giveaway landing page.
Limit one (1) entry per household during the Entry Period. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
Prize; Approximate Retail Value; and Odds: One (1) winner will receive a Daikin Deluxe heating and cooling system, professionally installed by A#1 Air, with an approximate retail value of up to $18,000.
The prize includes replacement of the winner's existing AC and heating equipment only. Ductwork modifications or replacements and any code-required upgrades to the home are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Final equipment specifications and installation details will be determined after evaluation of the winner's home and system compatibility. A#1 Air will install the system best suited to the winner's home needs.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. If the winner's home does not meet installation requirements, A#1 Air may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative system of equal or lesser value or deem the prize forfeited.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Any taxes, permits, or expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) prize per household.
Random Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be announced on August 4, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure all contact information is accurate and current.
Installation of the prize will be scheduled for September 2026.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, at the Company's discretion. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or return required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
General: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of A#1 Air.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow A#1 Air to use their name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, and/or video for promotional and marketing purposes, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.
Use of automated, robotic, or fraudulent entry methods is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at its sole discretion.
Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas.
